Project Background
Extensive renovation and extensions to this historical house.
Our design included re-bracing and strengthening the existing building to accommodate the proposed changes and additions.
Large-span portals were designed to open the entire rear of the house onto the new pool and decking area.
Our design also included a new rumpus/kitchen and living areas with the new basement area.
We also provided the structural design and sequencing to allow the removal of some of the original load-bearing walls internally to form new spaces.
