The Airey Civil Team has vast collective experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects. We can take projects from the conceptual stage through consenting, detailed design, and construction through to project completion and signoff.

We are always ready and available with advice for our clients for the life of the project. We have a diverse team of civil engineers with a range of specialist skills, and we will be able to guide you through the planning/approval processes which exist at most NZ Councils.

We understand our client's needs and work closely with them to ensure that our civil engineering solutions strike the optimal balance between technical requirements, cost and constructability.

Expertise

Three waters design including stormwater, wastewater and water supply reticulation, treatment, pumping and storage.

Road and pavement design and geometric layout, including public and private roading, intersections, shared path facilities, culverts and bridges (in conjunction with our structural team)

Earthworks and sediment control design

Construction management and supervision including inspections/monitoring of earthworks, sediment control, pavements, drainage, trenching and water supply.

Contract management and administration our civil directors are all experienced in acting as Engineer to the Contract under NZS 3910

Reporting and expert advice including Infrastructure Reports for Resource Consent, due diligence and feasibility assessments, expert witness evidence for resource consent and court hearings

Residential design and advice no project is too small for us and we have extensive experience in assisting with house extensions and new builds, including stormwater detention, wastewater pumping and overland flow/flood assessments
