Thanks to a large portfolio of successful retirement village projects, we have a deep understanding of what is needed to establish a new community designed specifically for retirees.
We collaborate closely and coordinate our work with architects, landscape architects, structural engineers, building services engineers, and clients to help create a distinctive and exceptional retirement village. We understand that retirees have an array of different needs and at Airey we have fine-tuned our civil engineering approach to cater for all the different needs, both from a resident as well as a village management point of view.
Remedial projects at some of Metlifecare’s older villages have also given us a good understanding of the typical issues arising after several decades of use.
Among Airey’s current and completed projects are Metlifecare’s Gulf Rise, Greenwich Gardens, Edgewater, Crestwood, and Hibiscus Coast villages. We are also involved with retirement villages for Hopper Developments including The Anchorage Lifestyle Village in Marsden Point and Marlin Waters and The Moorings in Whitianga.
