STAGE ONE
Demolition and rebuild of the existing two-storey villa that was originally divided into two units, plus basement extension for 2x triple garages.
STAGE TWO
New extensive three-storey residential duplex over a difficult sloping site, with geotechnical requirements including deep counterfort drainage runs and palisade walls. In addition, the proposal required a two-story retaining wall and basement cut, plus construction sequencing to ensure the retaining walls were not overloaded with construction traffic and materials
