This project involves construction of the last building at Greenwich Gardens retirement village in Unsworth Heights. Airey provided civil engineering design and construction monitoring, including design of earthworks and sediment control, carparking and access pavements, stormwater drainage and coordination of all in-ground services. This was a challenging project due to the constrained nature of the site and the fact the rest of the village buildings were operational and occupied by residents.
