This is an ongoing project on the North Shore of Auckland, comprising the development of the existing carpark at Bayswater Marina to create a number of terrace houses and apartment buildings, along with associated landscaping, streetscaping and infrastructure improvements. Airey provided civil and structural engineering design and reporting to support the successful Resource Consent application, and provided written expert witness statements for the Resource Consent and Environment Court hearings.
