Project Overview:
Airey Consultants Ltd have been involved since 2021, providing Civil Engineering design and construction supervision for Stage 2 & 3 of this residential subdivision, covering some 20 hectares. Airey Consultants Ltd are also acting as Engineer to the Contract on this project. Completion is due in early 2024

• 300,000m3 of earthworks undertaken on steep slopes with difficult geotechnical conditions. The site is in close proximity to a highly valued ecological corridor with a sensitive receiving environment
• Extensive retaining walls were required throughout including mechanically stabilised earth walls
• Civil infrastructure (roading, drainage, water, utilities) to serve approx. 200 residences in Stage 2, including Trunk watermain diversions
• Power supply diversions by complex drilling installations
