This award-winning renovation included a new in-ground palisade wall to allow the entire front yard to be excavated to make room for a new underground 6-car garage.
Additional works included opening up the internal areas of the building by removing sections of walls

As the structural engineers for the project, we had to coordinate closely with the geotechnical engineers and architects to ensure the design brief was met while ensuring the existing building did not suffer any damage during the construction of the extensive earthworks.
