Project Background
Three new proposed high-end two-storey townhouses to maximise this site’s potential under the unitary plan.
Structural zones were limited in places to maximise HIRB and an extensive beam grillage was used at 1st-floor level to provide the architect with the large open plan floor space at the lower level
