Project Background
New high-end three-level residential property with limited structural depth zones and feature staircases.
We developed our design in conjunction with the architect using a 3-D REVIT model to assist with coordination with other consultants.

The design required an extensive beam system to provide the large open format spaces envisioned by the architect.
The site incorporated large, stepped retaining walls in both block work and timber poles, a waffle slab, and large, modern feature spaces.
