Project Overview:
Extensive renovation and extensions to this historical house.
Our design included re-bracing and strengthening the existing building to accommodate an upper-level extension. Our design also included a new rumpus room over the new attached double garaging.
Further works on the site involved a new detached pool room and extensive decking to tie the buildings and pool together.
We also removed some of the original load-bearing walls internally to form new spaces.
