New Takapuna Office

After 20 years of working in offices with a solid concrete wall as a view, the directors decided to relocate our Takapuna offices to the eighth floor of the Takapuna Towers high rise building, with spectacular 360° views over greater Auckland.
The new offices were dated, with run-down carpets, ceiling tiles and a non-existent kitchen, so we set out to modernise the interior with Cam as project manager.

We were able to re-use, reduce and minimize in a number of clever ways. The carpet tiles in the lobby and kitchen were removed and the concrete floor underneath was polished for a modern look.  Lifted carpet tiles were re-used in areas where the carpet was worn and damaged.

Damaged and stained ceiling tiles were painted or replaced as required. The glass and aluminium frames of the old partitions and downlights and doors were re-used and the old aluminium wall studs and defunct copper wires were recycled.  The worn material on the existing dated desk divides were stripped and relined.

Please come over to appreciate our beautiful views if you have not been able to come for a visit.

Our new address is:
