This historical home was extensively refurbished and extended. Works included a new garage area, a new lower lawn and pool area, removal of the large chimney structure that extended up through the heart of the structure, reframing and re-bracing throughout, a new feature portico and feature brick clad pizza oven, a new pool and a large new pole retaining wall to help stabilise the property.
