Cardrona is a hamlet located between Queenstown and Wanaka. Airey have been involved with development of Cardona since 2005. Major projects which we have undertaken include the design and construction monitoring for two new public roads, design and analysis of water reticulation and on-site wastewater disposal, and flood analysis of the Cardrona River. We have provided expert witness services for land owners in the area, and have provided civil engineering and development management services for several large developments which have obtained Resource Consent. We are continuing to work on several projects in Cardrona.
