Development at Marsden Bay

Marsden Cove Ltd has developed 100 sections around a 30 berth marina at Marsden Bay, Ruakaka. With the implementation of the Bream Bay Landowners Association/Whangarei District Council wastewater treatment upgrade the continuation of development of Marsden Cove can proceed.
Marsden Cove has ultimately a yield of more than 700 residential sections, served by approximately 30ha of canals. Stage 2 (80 Lots) is programmed for construction to complete near the time of commissioning of the BBLOA/WDC Ruakaka Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade. James Greenwood, Aireys’ Director based at Orewa, will be the Project Engineer for Marsden Cove.
